Every customized SP RHODES product begins with your logo. Once your artwork is on file, ordering future products becomes simple. Whether you choose engraving or embroidery, our team prepares the appropriate production files so your brand is reproduced accurately and consistently across every product.
Submit your existing logo through our upload page. Vector artwork is preferred, but our team will review the file and advise if a different format is required.
Once your logo has been uploaded, browse the SP RHODES collection and select the products, colors, quantities, and customization options that best represent your brand.
The required file depends on the customization method. Engraving and embroidery use different production formats, each prepared for the selected application.
Our team reviews your artwork, product selections, and customization details before production. We will contact you if clarification or approval is required.
Conversion of your approved logo into the production-ready engraving format is complimentary. There is no additional logo conversion charge for standard engraving preparation.
Engraving suitability depends on the line weight, detail, and complexity of the original artwork.
Embroidery requires a specialized DST stitch file. If an approved DST file is not already on file, a one-time digitizing charge will apply. Pricing depends on the intended embroidery size, stitch count, level of detail, and complexity of the logo.
Once created and approved, the DST file remains on file for future SP RHODES orders using the same logo and approved embroidery size.
Preferred file formats: AI, EPS, SVG, or a vector PDF. High-resolution PNG files with transparent backgrounds may also be suitable for select applications.
Please avoid submitting screenshots, photographs of printed logos, or low-resolution graphics copied from websites or social media. These files may not reproduce clearly when enlarged, engraved, or converted into embroidery stitches.
If SP RHODES has previously prepared and approved your artwork, you do not need to upload it again unless the logo, intended size, or customization method has changed.
