The Process.

1. Non-Disclosure

By signing an NDA, we agrees not to disclose or use the proprietary information you share for any purpose other than evaluating the potential investment. We operate with confidentiality in all investment opportunities in perpetuity.

2. Screeing

Initial screening involves reviewing a your executive summary or pitch deck, and considering factors such as competition, product or service, market size, and team.

3. Due Diligence

This involves a detailed analysis of your business model, potential incumbents, product, team, financials, and legal standing. This process aims to validate the information you present and assess the potential risks and returns of the investment.

4. Valuation

As part of an investment decision the value of your start-up needs to be determined. Valuing a start-up can be challenging, especially in its early stages with no track record of revenues or profits. Various methods are used, including comparable company analysis, discounted cash flow analysis, or the venture capital method.

5. Investment Decision

After the due diligence and valuation, a decision of whether or not to invest is made. This decision considers the potential return on investment, the risks involved, and how the investment fits into the current portfolio of investments.

6. Deal Structuring

Once it is decided to proceed, the next step is to structure the deal. This involves determining the investment amount, the equity stake, and any other terms of the investment. These terms are outlined in a term sheet.

7. Legal Documentation and Closing

Once the terms of the deal have been agreed, legal documents need to be drafted and signed. These documents often include an investment agreement and a shareholders’ agreement. Once the documents are signed and the investment is transferred, the deal is closed.

8. Post-Investment Management

After the investment, the investor often takes on a role in guiding and monitoring the startup. This could involve becoming a board member, offering mentorship, or providing additional resources and networking opportunities. The investor will also need to monitor the investment for potential exit opportunities, such as a sale of the company

Shopping Cart

All the products on this website can be customized with your logo. Some products (like grooming tools) are customized using engraving. Other products are customized using embroidery. In order to place an order for branded products, we need to have your logo on file. You can also order products without customization. 

Most products have a tiered pricing option with discounts that will be applied in your cart. All items are available as horse show awards.

If the products you are ordering are being engraved, there is no cost to add your file to our system; send your logo to equestrianlogos@sprhodes.com and enter your farm name when prompted after you select “YES” to customization on the product you are purchasing. The option to add your farm name will appear once you confirm you want customization. 

If you are ordering apparel, stable accessories or horse wear that requires embroidery, you will need to either send us your stitch file (.DST file – no additional charge) or pay for an embroidery package. Packages range from $125 to $425 depending on how many stitch file sizes you require. 

Once your logo is on file for embroidery, you are not required to pay for digitizing again and can have access to your files at any time.
