The SP Rhodes Equestrian Coaching Jacket is a warm, insulated jacket designed for coaches, trainers, riders, grooms, and equestrian professionals who need comfortable warmth without the weight or bulk of a traditional winter coat.

Its smooth nylon shell is finished with water-resistant performance for protection during cool, damp mornings at the barn, changing weather at horse shows, and long days spent ringside. Lightweight recycled Cloudfill insulation provides warmth while maintaining a streamlined, semi-fitted silhouette that layers comfortably over a polo, quarter-zip, sweater, or lightweight sweatshirt.

A fixed hood provides additional coverage, while elastic cuffs help retain warmth and keep the sleeves comfortably positioned during active use. Two zippered side pockets offer secure storage for a phone, keys, gloves, or coaching essentials. The jacket can also be compressed, making it easy to keep in a tack trunk, vehicle, travel bag, or horse-show backpack.

Each jacket can be professionally customized with your farm logo, team identity, sponsor branding, rider name, or monogram, creating polished outerwear for individual riders or complete equestrian teams.

This jacket has a semi-fitted women’s silhouette that follows the body without being excessively tight.

For the best fit:

  • Select your usual size for a streamlined fit over lighter layers.
  • Consider the garments you plan to wear underneath when choosing a size.
  • Measure over the underlayers normally worn with the jacket.
  • Use the bust measurement as the primary guide.
  • Choose the larger size when between sizes or when additional layering room is preferred.

How to Measure

Bust: Measure naturally around the fullest part of the bust, around the arms and across the widest part of the back.
Waist: Bend slightly to one side to locate the natural crease, then measure around the narrowest part of the waist.
Hips: Stand naturally with heels together and measure around the fullest part of the hips.
