SP RHODES semi-custom farm layout whiteboards can be customized with your colors and logo. This barn layout whiteboard option is fully custom and you can have your entire property illustrated or the interior of your barn to show the stalls. Our equestrian whiteboards are best-in-class are made without any paper products.  We use WeatherPlex; an aluminum composite material with a solid polyethylene core. This is the best product for whiteboards because it has the flattest and smoothest surface. It is also waterproof and durable.

Farm property whiteboards are available in 2ft x 3ft and 3ft x 4ft. The size you require will depend on the size of the area that needs to be reproduced in digital artwork.

  • Drill holes a minimum of one inch from the edges in each corner. Fasten to the wall with a flathead fastener. Always use a rubber washer between the surface of your whiteboard and the head of  the fastener.
  • ONLY use a clean cloth or damp cloth to remove dry-erase marker
  • Do not use any other kinds of markers. Other markers contain alcohol, which will wear the surface over time. We recommend these wet-erase markers for a longer-lasting mark and these dry-erase markers for an easier to remove mark.
  • The marker you choose depends on how often you change information. If you are making updates daily, then the dry-erase option is recommended. If there is information you need to remain for a duration of time then then wet-erase is recommended. You can also consider using a combination of both
  • Do not use Windex, alcohol or any other chemical on the surface of this product; over time you will deteriorate the dry-erase surface. This is the case with any dry- or wet-erase product, no matter the quality.

If you are doing interior barn layout, you can send a drawing of your stall layout once we are in contact. 4 revisions are allowed for the proofing process. Approval typically takes two revisions.

All the products on this website can be customized with your logo. Some products (like grooming tools) are customized using engraving. Other products are customized using embroidery. In order to place an order for branded products, we need to have your logo on file. You can also order products without customization. 

Most products have a tiered pricing option with discounts that will be applied in your cart. All items are available as horse show awards.

If the products you are ordering are being engraved, there is no cost to add your file to our system; send your logo to equestrianlogos@sprhodes.com and enter your farm name when prompted after you select “YES” to customization on the product you are purchasing. The option to add your farm name will appear once you confirm you want customization. 

If you are ordering apparel, stable accessories or horse wear that requires embroidery, you will need to either send us your stitch file (.DST file – no additional charge) or pay for an embroidery package. Packages range from $125 to $425 depending on how many stitch file sizes you require. 

Once your logo is on file for embroidery, you are not required to pay for digitizing again and can have access to your files at any time.
